The short answer is: You cannot use FreeQuery.
At least if we at Blippa/Rexidy have not given your account access to the Freequery ![]()
In short, FreeQuery is our internal tool to make quick reports. Like “How many objects are activated for account X ?”. Or “How many boats are there in all accounts?”. Or “Show accounts with data sources containing BatID"?”
This is a great tool to allow non-programmers to easily extract data.
And, even for a non-programmer it is easy to copy/paste/modify a query.
Freequery is only available in the Systemadmin interface, only accessible by Blippa staff members.
Now, we have made it possible to share a freequery with a Blippa Account.
Then, inside the accounts Labelsadmin, you can add a worker with the type “FreeQuery Report” and have the worker send the report at certain times. With an attached Excel Spreadsheet.
So: It is rough, but it gets the job done ![]()
Note: Freequery is also available using our AI MCP but access is currentlly limited to Blippa staff members.
