I tried to setup a label generation page for a customer in order to make it easy to generate the QR PDFs themselves.
But, the generation failed.
The problem was because the label (in this case it will be printed as papers) was made in A5 Landscape. And, in the label settings I chose A5 for the output.
It failed because the system assumes it is in Portrait, not Landscape.
But, the solution was simple: Choosing “Mach Label (1 per page)” (instead of A5) solved the problem.
