We have now made an integration with SuperOffice.
In the current version of the integration, support tickets can be created in SuperOffice. This allows users to send support requests by scanning QR labels on printers.
The QR codes open unique webpages for each printer, and when sending a support request/fault report, all information about the printer, along with the fault description, pictures, etc., is sent to SuperOffice.
Also, depending on the asset type, location, etc., the SuperOffice ticket can be connected to a specific support team.
