We have now added an Action menu under Labelsadmin-Settings.
With this, you can define special emails.
Then, you can select objects and use this new action to send out emails.
Also, you can let the Worker do this on regular times, according to categories or variables.
Please note that if you are attaching a PDF containing Blippa variables, these variables will be updated when sending. And since the sending is per object, each PDF will contain individual values from each object.
Example: If the PDF is an installation certificate, each email will contain a certificate with the object details.
PS: There is also a setting that allows you to update a variable. This lets a variable contain the URL to the generated PDF (in a download link). DS
