For customers using the Blippa system for their Digital Product Pages (DPPs) we have now added the ability to recall products. The recall needs a GTIN (or EAN/UPC) number to be added to the recall database. Optional, you can specify Batch, CPV, Best Before, Serial numer or any other of the GS1 Digital Link attributes.
If the product is recalled, either an imbedded message can be shown inside the DPP, or a redirect to a ”This product has been recalled”.
In both cases, the reason for the recall and the needed action can be entered for the recall.
