Ím setting up a Blippa account for a company offering corporate apartments.
Each apartment has its own Blippa page.
On this page there are functions for check in/check out, report problems etc etc.
And also manuals for appliances, the TV etc.
The easiest way to to this is to just upload the manuals to each apartment page.
But there are 400…. And I’m lazy. And not found of maintaining this over time…
Also, storage and backup costs comes into play when everything is multiplied.
So, I asked the developers to add support for using a variable instead of a regular folder name. And used the apartment address as the variable.
This way, all apartments at the same address can share the same manuals (sine they are likely to have the same equipment).
