Problem: A customer is using the Blippa system to keep track of paint treatments. Each car gets a QR sticker and the sticker is attached to the car registration.
However, there have been duplicates where the staff has created a new car instead ot connecting the qr to an existing car.
So, in order to prevent this, we used the ”Internal key” to the Template, using the car registration as the key.
With this, Blippa will respond with an error message if the car already exists.
Solves the problem, easy to implement!
