We have now added the option to make the QR codes transparent.
Just leave the RGB code field empty.
Also: Remember to do the same when you are using the QR code on a Label:
Go to the Document Settings in the Label and delete the Background colour.
Please note that the transparent setting only works with the PNG output option, not the PDF.
