Today we added the possibility to present different messages before and after “Best Before Date”.
The case is a Swedish producer of caviar who wants to show individual information when a customer scans the QR code on the product.
Besides the latest consumption date, information about the name of the fish that produced the caviar is shown, allowing high-end restaurants to order more caviar from the same fish (if available).
The implementation is made by the Rules feature, allowing Blippa admins to show different messages before and after the date.
Note: Make sure the variable is in Date format. Then create a Rule, choose Variable, select the variable and then choose before/after etc.
