# Using AI to create form from PDF file

Scenario: How to get the cleaning instructions from a pdf file into Blippa?

Solution:

- Download the pdf
- In you function block, add the function “Form”.
- In the form, select “Create fields”+“With AI prompt”.
- In the AI prompt window, upload the pdf.
- Tell the AI to “Create a form looking like this pdf”
- Wait for the AI…
- Done!
