In order to make it easier for new admins, we have added ”Marketplace Templates” as a way to get started.
Now, when creating a new object in Labelsadmin, templates that has been shared appears in the list:
How to share a template?
- First, put all functions in the template, do not use function blocks since it will make any modification impossible to the other admins.
- Put all variables in the template.
- Make 3 good screenshots. (Currenttly, these are not visible but will be visible in the future).
- In the template, go to the Sharing tab and set the settings. Note that you can select specific countries etc.
- Do not use any translations variables since these translations are only stored in your account and will not be copied to the other accounts.
- Avoid using special roles since they will only exist on your own account.
As for now, anyone can share a template but we will make an approval process in the future to prevent less good examples.
